Period Dignity Programme – Supply of Feminine Hygiene Care Products

Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council is seeking a supplier(s) to provide eco-friendly feminine hygiene/care products to young women in educational establishments throughout the Authority as well as to females within communities of the Authority. This contract is grant funded by the Welsh Government in line with the initiative to combat period poverty and address period dignity. The tender will be split into 4 lots as follows: ▪ Lot 1 Single Use / Disposable Sanitary Towels and Tampons ▪ Lot 2 Reusable – Menstrual Cups ▪ Lot 3 Reusable – Period Pants ▪ Lot 4 Reusable – Cloth Sanitary pads and Sanitary Wet Bags Tenderers may bid for one, multiple, or all of the Lots and must be able to provide all of the items listed in the Lot(s) that they are bidding for.
