Tender description

Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake the demolition of existing properties at the Penygraig Junior School, located within the county borough of Rhondda Cynon Taf. The project consists of the demolition of properties to underside of slab level and underside of all foundations, demolition of a number of existing retaining/dwarf walls to underside of foundations including battering to meet existing levels as appropriate, removal of partial materials off site, remainder to be certified (source segregated aggregate materials as per CL:AIRE Definition of Waste Development Industry Code of Practice) as clean and re-used as infill for profiling site, isolation of existing services and installation of fencing as specified.
