Tender description

Landscaping & Ground Maintenance Contract in South West Region for a period of 36 months from 15th March 2021 to 14th March 2024 Site Locations: Mallow B&T Park, Carrigtwohill B&T Park, Fermoy B&T Park, Kilbarry Industrial Park, Cork B&T Park, Ringaskiddy Industrial Park. Landscape & Ground Maintenance of the following areas: The entire Entrance Areas, Roads, Roundabouts, Footpaths, Hedges, Trees, Boundaries, all Verges and Open Spaces. It is essential that the landscape contractor visit the sites before tendering to become acquainted with the full nature and extent of the works and to ascertain all local conditions and restrictions likely to affect the execution of the works. No claims arising from failure to do so will be considered. Site to be attended at least once a week. Ground Maintenance work to be carried out weekly unless otherwise stated. Subject to performance: - Reviews will take place every 6 months. Only Tenders submitted to the electronic post box will be accepted. Tenders submitted by any other means (including but not limited to by email, fax, post or hand delivery) will NOT be accepted. Landscaping Tender for the above Business Parks, to be returned on the attached Form of Tender only on or before 12:00 hours on Monday 15th February 2020 via electronic post box. Note: IDA Ireland reserve the right not to accept the lowest or any tender proposal. The award of a tender does not give rise to any enforceable rights for the successful tenderers and the Employer may cancel or modify the tender process at any time prior to a contract been entered into.
