PAN2200 - Project Construction Professional Services Framework Agreement

Leicester City Council invites Tenders for the provision of Professional Services associated with Property Construction across the multiple service areas within the Authority. The proposed Framework Agreement will be for three years with an option to extend for a period or periods totalling no more than 12 months. The Authority intends to award each lot of the Framework Agreement to a single Supplier. The Framework Agreement will be split into 10 lots, as detailed below: Lot 2 - Programme/ Project Management Lot 3 - Engineering Lot 4 - Specialist Engineering Lot 6 - Construction Design & Management Regulations (CDM) and Health & Safety Lot 8 - Lift Engineering Lot 9 - Quantity Surveying/ Cost Management Lot 10 - Building Conservation Lot 1: Multidisciplinary Lot 1 is for the provision of a range of disciplines required to deliver the Core Construction Programme by the Supplier. The Supplier shall provide Core Construction Programme disciplines as listed below: • Project Management • Quantity Surveying / Cost Manager • Clerk of Works / Site Supervision • Structural & Civil Engineering • Building Services Engineering • Mechanical Engineering • Electrical Engineering • Architecture • Sustainability • Health & Safety • CDM Advisor for Principal Designer • Fire Safety and Compliance • Access Consultant - Disability and Discrimination Lot 2: Programme/Project Management The Supplier shall provide a Programme Management service including but not limited to: • Project Management • Building Surveyor • Clerk of Works/Project Supervision • Quantity Surveying • VAT Analysis/Recovery Lot 3: Engineering The Supplier shall provide Engineering disciplines as listed below. This shall include but not limited to: • Structural Engineering • Civil Engineering • Land Surveyor Lot 4: Specialist Engineering The Supplier shall provide Engineering disciplines as listed below: • Mechanical Engineering • Electrical Engineering • Building Services Engineering Lot 5: Architecture & Planning The Supplier shall provide Architectural & Planning disciplines as listed below: • Architecture • CAD Technician • Sustainability Consultant • Building Surveyor • Town Planning • Landscape Architecture • Conservation Architecture • Party Wall Surveyor Lot 6: Construction Design & Management Regulations (CDM) and Health & Safety The Supplier shall provide Health & Safety related disciplines as listed below: • Health & Safety Specialist • CDM Advisor to Principal Designer • Fire Safety and Compliance Service Lot 7: Environmental The Supplier shall provide Environmental related disciplines as listed below: • Environmental Engineering • Acoustic Engineering • Ecology and Biodiversity Specialist • Sustainability Lot 8: Lift Engineering The Supplier shall provide specialist engineering disciplines as listed below: • Lift Design Engineer Lot 9: Quantity Surveying/Cost Management The Supplier shall provide a specific functional service including but not limited to: • Quantity Surveying • Cost Management Lot 10: Build Conservation & Heritage Led Regeneration Services The Supplier shall provide a specific functional service including but not limited to: • Building Conservation • Historic Built Environment • Heritage Led Regeneration Services
