Tender description
<p>Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust wishes to appoint a supplier to provide a proposed site feasibility assessment/project to support/inform the Trust's Strategic Outline Business Case for a new hospital in the Borough of Warrington. NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) awarded an ‘Construction Consultancy Services 2' framework, reference SBS/17/NH/PZR/9256. Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust now wishes to run a ‘mini-competition’ under this framework agreement, using Lot 1 – Architectural Services to obtain a provider for the Trust’s New Site Feasibility Project. Previous high level assessment work identified four potential sites within the Borough of Warrington, all of differing scale and configuration. The proposed site feasibility work should include, but not be limited to, a consideration of the merits, suitability and viability of the four sites.</p> Keywords: Architecture, Site Feasibility
