Tender description

Replacement of external under canopies walkways light fittings, lobbies, stairwells & perimeter light fittings to LED units, installation of 20mm galvanised conduit, replacement of communal areas consumer units including rewiring of all outgoing communal circuits, rewiring to new external lighting/replacements of fittings including installation of three new 5M columns. No works are required in resident's properties. All electrical works must comply with BS-7671:2018 Eighteenth Edition. Cluny House is a brick building consisting of three stairwells ground, first, second & third floors and three landing walkways allowing access into properties on the first, second and third floors. This building consists of thirty properties interlinked by three stairwells. Occupied by South Essex Homes residents and seven private leaseholder properties. No access is required into resident's individual properties. All works is within communal areas.
