Kirklees Council are currently preparing to reprocure their Integrated Sexual Health Service The Authority is looking to procure a service which brings together genito-urinary medicine ("GUM") services with contraception services in a model which uses a dual trained, flexible workforce working through a hub and spoke model including outreach provision. The Service will provide strong clinical governance in sexual health across the whole district of Kirklees for the wider sexual health provision. Prevention activity will be at the centre of service delivery and there will be a dynamic, responsive approach between clinical services and all prevention activity which over time we expect to lead to better sexual health outcomes in the population. The provider will work across the system to ensure that all partners are delivering on the prevention agenda as appropriate. Lot 1: Kirklees Council ("the Council") wishes to commission a service to provide Integrated Sexual Health Serviceswithin the Kirklees area. The Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the "Council") is conducting this procurement process under the "LightTouch" regime of Regulations 74 to 77 of the Public Contract Regulations 2017 (SI 2015/102) (the "PCR 2015"). Due to the anticipated value of the service, the contract will be awarded by a process akin to the competitive procedure with negotiation.
