Tower Hamlets council is committed to improving the health and wellbeing outcomes and reducing health inequalities. We want to achieve this through better understanding the needs of local communities and by working in partnership with the local people to improve uptake of local services. We have set up this DPS to contract with reputable and suitably experienced organisations to: Lot 2: Improve participation of local residents with our commissioned health and wellbeing programmes through community mobilisation and community engagement.
