HAC5393B-FC2 FACE TO FACE AND DIGITAL TIER 2 WEIGHT MANAGEMENT The aim of the weight management programme is to increase the number of people in Tower Hamlets who are supported in losing weight, eat healthily and to support people in achieving their weight loss goals in order to reach and maintain a healthy weight. Lot 1: HAC5393B-FC2 FACE TO FACE AND DIGITAL TIER 2 WEIGHT MANAGEMENT The aim of the weight management programme is to increase the number of people in Tower Hamlets who are supported in losing weight, eat healthily and to support people in achieving their weight loss goals in order to reach and maintain a healthy weight. Additional information: The contracts listed in this notice are awarded through a mini-competition process within the dynamic purchasing system for HAC5393 Tier Weight Management The Contract relates to services that fall under the “light touch” regime of Regulations 74 to 77 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. This Procurement Exercise will therefore be run in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as they apply to “light touch” services. While the Authority is following a process similar to a Dynamic Purchasing System under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 neither that fact nor any other statements, acts or omissions of the Authority in connection with this Procurement Exercise should be taken as indicating that the Authority intends to be bound by the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 or the general principles of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to any greater extent than applies by law.
