Tender description
Schedule of rates for repairs for a percentage of 330 properties. Not all 330 properties guaranteed. These include: Repair concrete path Excavate and Reinstate Tarmac Path. Renew concrete Edging Fit ACO Drainage system and link to gully/drain to ensure ground water removed Interconnecting drainage channel Ensure all of above provide adequate clearance for DPC to allow proper function. Inspect DPC, repair as required. Renew preformed gully surround. Renew Gully with gravel surround Break out existing gully trap complete with hopper and grate; renew gully, as before, bedded and surrounded with gravel. Renew door step
