GB-Bath: Thermal Evaporator

Tender description

The University of Bath require a thermal evaporator for the deposition of metals such as Cr, Au, Ag, Pd, and Al. It will be used primarily to form metallic contacts to opto-electronic materials to form devices such as transistors, solar cells, light-emitting diodes, capacitors, MEMs, etc. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
