Tender description

This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is being used to inform interested economic operators that Dublin City Council intends to enter into a competitive procurement process for the replacement of boilers in their Dublin housing stock. The main elements of the framework are yet to be defined and the lots in which the framework will be split are still to be decided. It is intended that Dublin City Council Boiler Replacement programme will run for approximately 4 years from 2021 to 2025. This is not a call for competition or invitation to tender. A call for competition may be placed within the next twelve months. No tender documents are available at this stage. Details of individual procurements pursuant to this notice will be advertised in due course on www.etenders.gov.ie and in the Official Journal of the EU where required to do so. It is envisaged that the contract notice will be published towards the end Q1 of 2021. Dublin City Council does not require a response to this notice.
