Tender description

The Works included in this contract comprise of the construction of the construction of 8 No. 57.8 m of concrete footpaths on 175mm compacted hardcore material (clause 804) as per drawing 3090-01 • Depth not exceeding 250mm • The construction of 9 No 55 m concrete beam on 175 mm compacted hardcore material (clause 804) • Depth not exceeding 250mm There will be 200mm allowance over the width of the beam on each side of the trench to allow for shuttering. The grade of concrete to be used is 30N and the finish required on the concrete in both footpath and ground beams is wood float finish to top of surface of concrete beams and footpaths. • The construction of site drainage under the footpaths: This will consist of 150mm diameter slotted pvc pipe surrounded by pea gravel and wrapped in geotextile material. On top of this slotted pvc pipe is clause 804 filled to the required depth as per the drawing no 3090-02. • Depth 2.75 m • The construction of 758 grave plots. • Landscaping and seeding of the site Each Plot will be fitted with numbering Plates. Numbering Plates will be provided by the contractor.
