Tender description

Current care provider has suddenly withdrawn from delivery as a consequence of a number of factors. This has led to an unforeseeable urgent requirement to establish alternative domiciliary care into HMP Altcourse in order to meet the needs of those gentlemen with eligible care needs under the Care Act 2014. The urgent need does not allow time for undertaking a competitive process. This provider has been identified as the previous 'runner up' in a mini competitive process in September 2020 and were the only other provider able to demonstrate an understanding of delivery into forensic settings.
