These amendments relate to: • A time extension to the contract due to Covid-19. • An update of the Key Personnel section within the contract. • An increase of the financial limit to £41,137,835.00 (to include £33,148,371 of Grants). • An update of the Schedule of Prices to add £560,980 of grant funding and £102,680 of fees, in line with the time extension due to Covid-19.
