Contract for Provision of Evaluation of North Powys Transformational Fund Programme

Tender description

Powys Teaching Health Board and Powys County Council have received transformation funding from Welsh Government for delivery of the North Powys Wellbeing Programme, which aims to improve population health and wellbeing over the longer term by embedding whole system transformation. A key requirement of the Transformation Fund is that an independent evaluation is carried out for each transformation programme. The intended approach for evaluation is that it is formative and undertaken at intervals throughout the delivery phase as opposed to just at the final point. Lot 1: Open tender for a single contract.
