Tender description
As the overall context for the Zimbabwe strategy has shifted considerably since its inception, it is timely to review the efficacy and adaptability of the management arrangements and other strategies to deliver on the intended outcomes. Furthermore, in order to inform the design of a new approach and strategy for Zimbabwe beyond 2021, it is important to learn how the measures and approaches adopted by the Embassy, to manage its Zimbabwe engagement, performed to achieve the intention of a deeper and more visible engagement. The specific purpose of the review is to review the performance and effectiveness of the internal management arrangements and measures adopted by the Embassy for the Zimbabwe programme, and to assess their ongoing relevance in the period ahead.
