program of work to deliver several key priorities within the Scottish Offshore Wind Energy Council (SOWEC) Supply Chain Roadmap. We are commissioning the program via a singular, competitive tender with multiple workstreams in order to secure maximum impact and benefits from the synergies between these intrinsically linked and inter-dependent activities. There are five workstreams identified which will result in one final written report: 1. - Supply Chain Stakeholder mapping/review 2. - UK-Scottish contents baseline 3. - Central PQQ Platform 4. - Standardised General Terms and Conditions of contract for offshore wind 5.- Advertising portal Consultancy Services to deliver a program of work to deliver several key priorities within the Scottish Offshore Wind Energy Council (SOWEC) Supply Chain Roadmap. As the scope of work is broad and multifaceted, we encourage collaborative / consortium bids to ensure that the contract can be delivered as a one stop solution.
