Concierge Services for Connexus at Bath Street Young Persons Supported Accommodation

Tender description

To provide a static security service to staff, residents and visitors of Leveson Mews Younger Person Supported Accommodation which will contribute to the safety and security of the building overnight and at weekends and at any other time deemed to be necessary by staff in order to provide a responsible adult presence to the building. Duties to include regularly patrolling the residents' hallways and checking their presence according to house rules (usually at hourly intervals). Also, regularly, checking grounds and checking for damage/ locked doors and windows/ broken glass etc. and reporting and noting incidents of anti-social behaviour in the handover file.
