Upcoming Competitive Dialogue procedure for the provision of Managed IT, Cloud and Infrastructure services for Coillte. The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to advise the market of our intention to issue a tender in the coming weeks.The services required include provision and support of: • Provision and Management of Infrastructure (private and public as appropriate) to host and manage Coillte Business Applications and Services • Provision of a Managed Service Desk (including deskside support) • Applications and Operations Support for Coillte Business Applications, Commodity Applications and associated supporting software and databases. • Network, Hardware and Security Infrastructure Support • Business Change Supports. • Other general technical and application development support services as required.
