Tender for a civil/structural engineer to form part of the Design Team to design and deliver the extension to St Aidan's comprehensive school comprising of provision of additional accommodation 2021: — 1 x 149 m2 engineering room, — 1 x 59 m2 engineering prep room, 1 x 80 m2 construction prep/store area; and — 1 x 119 m2 home economics room Subtotal 407 m2. Gross floor area including: — 2 x student toilets; — 2 x staff toilets; — 1 x universal access toilet, locker space, electrical, circulation area and internal partitions 564 m2. The school was built in the late 1960's. Its a two storey building with a flat roof with 600 students approx. The school is situated on the edge of Coothill in Co. Cavan.
