Tender for quantity surveyor to form part of the design team to design and deliver the extension to St Aidan's Comprehensive School, this school is in the rural town of Coothill Co. Cavan. It has 600 students approx. The building is a 2 storey flat roofed building that was built in the late 1960's. Provision of additional accommodation 2021 • 1 x 149 m2 engineering room; • 1 x 59 m2 engineering prep room; • 1 x 80 m2 construction prep/store area; and • 1 x 119 m2 home economics room sub total 407 m2. Gross floor area including • 2 x student toilets; • 2 x staff toilets 1 x universal access toilet, locker space, electrical, circulation area and internal partitions 564 m2.
