Tender description

Provision of multi disciplinary consultancy services to develop design options for improved public realm and urban amenity, obtain a planning grant and provide detailed drawings/documentation for the Carrick on Suir Regeneration Plan ‘A Journey from the Suir Blueway to the Ormond Castle’. The purpose of this request for tender is for Tipperary County Council to secure the services of a suitability qualified, experienced and competent Architectural or Civil/Structural Engineering Led Design Team (Integrated Multi-Disciplinary Team) to provide all required consultancy services and related services to develop design options for improved public realm and urban amenity, obtain a planning grant and provide detailed drawings/documentation for the Carrick on Suir Regeneration Plan ‘A Journey from the Suir Blueway to the Ormond Castle Quarter’ — refer to project brief for detailed description. The lead consultant shall perform the role of lead tenderer and therefore shall compile the individual QC2 Suitability assessment questionnaires (inclusive of health and safety supplements where applicable) with associated appendices and supporting information for each principal service provider of the Urban Design Team (inclusive of their own consultancy as a Principal service provider) and shall submit a combined suitability assessment submission with all supporting appendices and relevant information via the eTenders online electronic tender box by the specified closing date and time. The Urban Design Team will be required to provide all necessary professional consultancy services and related services for all design, project management and planning grant for the Carrick on Suir Regeneration Plan. This is a multi-disciplinary project and as such the urban design team consultancy services required will involve a range of disciplines and expertise.
