It is envisaged that the scope of services of any given call-off contract under the framework agreement will be, but are not limited to: Lots 1 and 2 will be two separate single supplier frameworks. Lot 1: Advertising Services. The scope of services of the framework agreement for lot 1 is the provision of advertising services to the contracting entity. The service provider appointed subject to the terms of the framework agreement will specifically provide these advertising services to support brand communication and the delivery of marketing and communications objectives. The scope of services is anticipated to include development of integrated strategic communications for use across multiple communications channels; TV radio, outdoor, print, internal communications, digital, including social media channels and relevant websites.. A strong strategic planning capability and demonstration of delivery of fully integrated campaigns is key. Refer to PQQ Doc.
