Tender description

Provide semi-independent living accommodation and support to children aged 16+ years looked after and care leavers who are currently the responsibility of Enfield Council. Lot Lot 1 - (a: Block-booking 2 x staffed units To provide block-booked two units of staffed semi-independent living supported accommodation. Lot Lot 1 – (b): 2x unstaffed units To provide block-booked two units of unstaffed semi-independent living supported accommodation. Lot Lot 2 - (a): 24 hour staffed placements To provide 24 hour staffed semi-independent living supported accommodation placements. Lot Lot 2 - (b): 18 hour staffed placements To provide 18 hour staffed semi-independent living supported accommodation placements. Lot Lot 2 - (c): To provide Night staff only placements Lot Lot 2 - (d): Lot 2 - (d) Female alone placements To provide Female alone placements Lot Lot 2 - (e): Lot 2 – (e) 18+ (of age) unstaffed units To provide unstaffed units of semi-independent living accommodation service for young people aged 18+. Lot Lot 2 - (f): Lot 2 – (f) Stand-alone flats To provide Stand-alone flats Lot Lot 3 - (a): Lot 3 – (a) Complex/High needs To provide support for young people who have complex needs. Lot Lot 3 - (b): Lot 3 – (b) Therapeutic mental health To provide Therapeutic mental health support. Lot Lot 3 - (c): Lot 3 – (c) Parent & Child To provide parent and child support service for young people who have complex needs. Lot Lot 4: Lot 4 - Additional support hours. To provide additional support hours as and when necessary.
