Tender description

The DPS shall operate with 3 main categories: • analysis and design, • materials development, and • end to end analysis and design and materials development. Lot 2: Category 2: Materials Development - ecm_25463 Partnering with Network Rail in the design and implementation of a mobile responsive design, digital performance support solution (app). Lot 3: Category 3: End to End Analysis and Design and Materials Development — ecm_25122 The programme is managed by a Network Rail Senior Programme Manager and the delivery team will be blended to include Network Rail Project/Scheme project managers. The supplier is expected to provide agile delivery expertise, specialist technical innovation and change management where needed. As part of the project delivery the supplier will lead in the creation of a proof of concept linking Network Rail Data sets that will highlight behavioural trends and suggest solutions and create a strategy for its implementation. Lot 2: Category 2: Materials Development — ecm_25894 To create an iOS mobile app for the Frauscher Axle Counter device that will show the types of faults that can occur with the Frauscher equipment, the subsequent error codes and what the potential causes are. The app will be used as a reference for on track maintenance operatives that will help them identify the cause of faults on the axle counter equipment. Lot 2: Category 2: Materials Development — ecm_25123 To highlight the importance of the fatigue risk management standard to all employees whether office based or in the front line to a level that is understandable and particularly that relates to those involved.
