Hire of a seagoing Tug on a Time Charter basis ensuring continued Towage Service provision at the Port of Sullom Voe for a period of 41 days starting on 0900 Hours 4th June 2021, with the option to extend for a further 7 days. Although under threshold, an Open Procedure is being followed in accordance with the Utilities Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
