<p>The Council is firmly committed to working on Suicide Prevention and ensuring that no-one in Stockport sees suicide is their only option. There is a strong strategy and action plan in place, and a wide range of partner organisations play their part. The Council currently commissions a suicide prevention programme as described in the soft market testing document. We would like to take the opportunity to do some `soft market testing&rsquo; as outlined below, to determine current interest levels in the market.
