SKYNET Assured Capability (AC) Consultation Advance Notice This announcement provides prior notice to Industry that the SKYNET Enduring Capability (EC) Team intends to conduct a consultation on Assured Capability (AC) for the SKYNET EC Spacecraft Procurement. Participation in this consultation is aimed at companies that are involved in the Satellite Industry or Defence Industry sectors only. The consultation will commence via a virtual online briefing on the MOD’s proposed approach on Thu 03 June 2021. As part of the briefing a small question set will be posed, and participants requested to provide written feedback on these questions following the event. One-to-one sessions may then be arranged to discuss this feedback if MOD requires clarification. The MOD is interested in understanding the implications, advantages and disadvantages for Industry of the proposed approach. The MOD may evolve the approach as a result of this consultation.
