Please see attached. Lot 1: Scoil Bhríde Crosshaven is an all-girl’s primary school under the trusteeship of the Diocese of Cork and Ross. Please see attached project brief and schedule of additional accommodation In summary, the project will comprise: Section A: • 1 classroom rooms: 80 m. Giving a floor area including electrical, circulation and internal walls of: 105 m. Section B • 2 classroom SEN Base 343.2 m. Giving a floor area (incl circulation and internal walls) of 439 m. Giving a Gross Floor Area for Section A and B (including circulation, internal walls) of 544 m. Also: • secure hard and soft play area 200 m; • sensory garden 100 m; • 6 parking spaces.
