Circle Voluntary Housing Association’s (Circle Housing) homes are a national resource in dealing with the housing shortage as well as being our key financial income stream. Our ability to effectively manage our homes impacts on the lives of our tenants, the communities we serve and the financial viability of our organisation. The immediate strategic plan for the organisation is to significantly grow our housing stock over the coming years. This growth will impact of all the organisational resources and change the way Circle Housing delivers its services. Therefore, it is essential the organisation has robust policies and procedures, as well as highly effective systems and processes in place to ensure we consistently deliver high-quality outcomes for all our residents. Circle will be investing in software for governance and risk management. The software will facilitate the of storing and managing of key information across the business. The effective use of our systems will provide a basis for better more efficient working and will also provide a level of oversight far beyond what is currently in place within the organisation. Current Health & Safety procedures and processes need to be reviewed and revised to fit the changes to both the organisation and the systems we look to employ. Circle does not have a quality management system in place. A quality management system will become essential as the organisation grows and develops to ensure that all staff have a clear understanding of what is required of them, to ensure quality outcomes for all our residents and to drive efficiencies in our delivery. Circle Housing is looking to appoint a single Consultant to provide expert advice and project management services in the delivery of three projects, this includes the following: • Project 1: Health & Safety Management • Project 2: Building Safety Compliance • Project 3: Quality Management
