Scottish Association for Marine Science (SAMS) is looking to purchase the following piece of equipment as part of the COMPASS (INTERREG VA) project. The COMPASS project is delivering a network of monitoring buoys across regional seas of Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and Western Scotland.
