Tender description
This Prior Information Notice (PIN) relates to a project to establish a framework agreement for the Provision of an Air Conditioning Maintenance Measured Term Contract (MTC) at the University of Strathclyde. Lot 1: This Contract will include, but will not be limited to; -Maintenance of chillers; - Maintenance of split air conditioning systems; - Maintenace of VRV Systems; - Maintenance of humidifiers; - Maintenance of CCUs; - Maintenance of FCUs, including all associated controls; - Provision of a 24/7 helpdesk and call out service that operates 365 days a year; and - Only suitably qualified engineers visiting sites, however, the engineer may have an accompanying apprentice.
