Process Monitoring and Evaluation of the Sustainable Farm Incentive Pilot

Tender description

The Authority is looking for a supplier for monitoring, evaluation and learning support for the Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) Pilot implementation. The project aims are to capture learning about implementation of the SFI Pilot to inform early and full roll-out of the SFI. This will require the supplier to; design and manage the delivery of a monitoring, evaluation and learning framework/approach, set out how the policy learning questions will be answered by when, work with Defra to ensure policy learning questions remain relevant / up to date throughout the pilot period and adapt the research approach as necessary, undertake primary/secondary research, make an independent assessment of the operational delivery of the SFI pilot and capture learning to inform our approach to future monitoring and evaluation, provide timely reporting.
