This is to gather information on current available equipment and innovation within the market. The Authority wishes to determine upgrade/ replacement options, equipment that may be retained on sites and maintenance options. This Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) is not a call for competition; however it is anticipated that the results of this will influence the future procurement process. The PME is an opportunity for the Authority to seek responses from the market in a transparent, fair manner in line with the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
