Outdoor course filming for online training programmes for National Organic Training Skillnet

National Organic Training Skillnet (NOTS) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified persons for the supply of high-quality audio and visual (AV) filming of footage to be used in their provision of online training programmes. This must include the filming, sound recording, editing, and editing software with quick turnaround from recording date to finished product which will be disseminated to the organisation via online transfer. The footage will be used exclusively in NOTS’ training programmes which have been primarily moved online due to COVID-19 restrictions on having in-person courses. Tenderers need to recognise that due to the nature of the filming (e.g. livestock / tillage / horticultural crops etc), the footage is very much weather dependent, and thus there will be a requirement to be “on call” to film at short notice. Tenderers will be required to have the ability to travel across the island of Ireland. Tenderers will need to be comfortable with filming in farming situations (e.g. with livestock, animals, and crops), and will need suitable outdoor filming equipment – protective waterproofing equipment etc. Due to the outdoor nature of the filming and the need to show large land area, the use of high-quality aerial drone footage alongside static video cameras will be essential. In addition, the use of “time-lapse” to record growing plants will be required.
