OF806 - Public Sentiment Surveys

Tender description

The objective of the work is to explore public and stakeholder perceptions, concerns and attitudes about arrangements to assessments and grading in 2021 (and related issues). Ofqual will use this information to inform our broader work to support public confidence in results in 2021; and to evaluate, and adapt as necessary, our messages to key stakeholders about the arrangements for assessments and grading in 2021. This work will also serve as a crucial piece of evidence that can be reflected upon in instances of future regulatory developments and planning. Project deliverables The Supplier will be required to achieve/deliver the following under the contract: a) produce the survey tool, b) design an approach to sampling, c) recruit the sample, d) undertake fieldwork, e) analyse data (quantitative and qualitative), f) give updates on findings for each phase of survey and write an overall report of the findings.
