Legal Services in Support Projects Lot 1: Framework of five (5) Legal Advisors which the Authority and Partner Authorities can call upon, on an ad hoc basis to support and partner its’ in house legal team to deliver timely and accurate legal advice for major projects, and/or those projects or requirements that (in the view of the Authority) are high profile, high risk, high profile and/or of strategic importance as described in the Authority’s Brief. Additional information: The Harlow legal team share best practice with neighbouring authorities and members of the Public Law Partnership (PLP). PLP legal colleagues supporting Tendring District Council, Brentwood Borough Council, Chelmsford City Council, Maldon District Council (“Partner Authorities”) have expressed an interest in accessing services from the Framework.
