<p>The City Council wishes to lease the building and its operation as an arts and entertainment centre to a suitably experienced operator on a long lease. Offers are sought from suitable parties who can demonstrate that they can effectively operate the venue, maintain the buildings and work with the Council and other partners to develop an exciting and diverse programme of arts and entertainment.
