Highway Arboricultural Services Framework (NY Highways)

Tender description

The aims of this framework arrangement are to ensure that tree maintenance work is completed to a high standard in accordance with arboriculture best practice and the relevant legal and Council requirements. The contract will ensure a safe highway for residents and visitors, by allowing NY Highways Ltd to respond quickly and professionally to reports of dangerous trees on or near the highway, and by managing trees on or near the highway. Lot 1: Arboricultural services in the Hambleton & Richmondshire District Area The activities covered under this framework agreement will include, but are not limited to: • Emergency Call-Out Provision (including outside of normal daily work hours and on weekends) • Consultancy and Advisory Services • Pruning and Associated Works • Dismantling and Felling • Stump Removal/Grinding & Treatment • Planting Lot 2: Arboricultural services in the Ryedale & Scarborough District Area The activities covered under this framework agreement will include, but are not limited to: • Emergency Call-Out Provision (including outside of normal daily work hours and on weekends) • Consultancy and Advisory Services • Pruning and Associated Works • Dismantling and Felling • Stump Removal/Grinding & Treatment • Planting Lot 3: Arboricultural services in the Craven & Harrogate District Area The activities covered under this framework agreement will include, but are not limited to: • Emergency Call-Out Provision (including outside of normal daily work hours and on weekends) • Consultancy and Advisory Services • Pruning and Associated Works • Dismantling and Felling • Stump Removal/Grinding & Treatment • Planting Lot 4: Arboricultural services in the Selby District Area The activities covered under this framework agreement will include, but are not limited to: • Emergency Call-Out Provision (including outside of normal daily work hours and on weekends) • Consultancy and Advisory Services • Pruning and Associated Works • Dismantling and Felling • Stump Removal/Grinding & Treatment • Planting
