Tender description

The Contracting Entity intends to procure a single-supplier framework agreement for Field Agent Services on the Island of Ireland. Electric Ireland wishes to appoint an experienced Field Service Agency to provide a range of Account Engagement and Field services. Where customers are in debt and fail to engage or in order to determine that a property is vacant, an integral part of the collection process will require a Field Agent presence for a pre-disconnection visit.
