Tender description

The North West SEND Flexible Purchasing System for non-maintained and independent special schools (NMISS) led by Cheshire East went live on 1.3.21. The business case and cabinet report for Liverpool’s approval to join was submitted on 08.10.20. The sign off for this has not progressed so there is now no contract number for any NMISS placements and invoices cannot be processed. Procurement has advised that an exemption must be submitted for any school that has chosen not to sign up to the FPS, iMAP at this stage has not. SEND commissioned 1 placement at iMAP School. The placement was commissioned in academic year 20-21.
