Tender description

Suffolk County Council wish to appoint a partner to develop and deliver a new operating model for leveraging care technologies and data to support better outcomes and deliver significant savings for adult social care (and in future across the wider health and care sector). Total anticipated contract value is up to GBP 75.000.000,00. Lot 1: Suffolk County Council wish to appoint a partner to develop and deliver a new operating model for leveraging care technologies and data to support better outcomes and deliver significant savings for adult social care (and in future across the wider health and care sector). The anticipated budget for the total contract period including any extensions is between GBP 1.000.000 and GBP 75.000.000. The initial contract will last for a period of 3 years from service go-live with the option to extend for up to a further 4 years in a minimum of yearly increments. This contract will be available for use by SCC and any public contracting authorities within the geographical boundaries of the East of England including Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex including but not limited to district and borough councils; other County Councils; Police; Fire and Rescue Services; Ambulance Service, Probation Service; Health Authorities; Voluntary and Community Sector who provide services to the public contracting authorities.
