LOT 1 Structural Engineers – To respond when the structural integrity of a building is uncertain. A Structural Engineer would be required to attend premises to carry out a visual inspection and advise the relevant officer on remedial action to be taken (closure of roads, temporary support, undertake immediate demolition etc).
