<p>Lancaster City Council recognises that a number of incidents occur day and night throughout the year. To enable the Council to respond to such situations it is now seeking contractors to work with on a responsive, 24/7 basis. Submissions are sought from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to register their interest and present completed schedules in order to establish a preferred contractor/consultant lists.
