Tender description

The Collaborative Resilience Programme is a joint initiative between the Arts Council of Northern Ireland (ACNI) and Derry City and Strabane District Council (DCSDC). The partners are seeking the delivery of positive change across the arts and culture ecosystem primarily through engagement with its core cultural infrastructure in the exploration of opportunities for improvement and growth on both an intra and inter organisational basis. The process will also provide opportunities for engagement of the wider cultural sector. The programme will be aligned with the strategic needs of DCSDC and the Arts Council of Northern Ireland (ACNI) with particular reference to the DCSDC Arts and Culture Strategy, Audience Development Plan and Tourism Strategy. The successful supplier will engage the participation of the key DCSDC cultural organisations including, as a minimum, those organisations currently in receipt of the ACNI Annual Funding Programme or Project Lottery Funding as well as Councils Cultural Organisation Fund, Headline Events Fund, cultural related service level agreement recipients and the, Council owned, Alley Arts Centre.
