Tender description

The Council invites LMS/e-learning supplier’s, with experience of working with the public sector and multi-disciplined organisations, to provide a comprehensive LMS/e-learning platform, offering ready to use ‘off-the-shelf content’, with additional functionality to upload our own video content. Suppliers are asked to submit a response, based on the following requirements headings shown below and detailed further within this document.
