Tender description
<p>The Council has identified capital funding to support an upgrade, primarily of current Community Safety CCTV system, but considering all available assets. The primary objectives are listed below:</p> <p>• Review and upgrade, where possible, fixed (Primarily Community Safety) CCTV units, ensuring as a minimum current coverage is maintained.</p> <p>• Upgrade, as appropriate and necessary, the hardware and software associated with the (community safety) system.</p> <p>• Seek to link the re-deployable units to a ‘live monitoring capability’. The purpose of this exercise is to engage with the supply base to test the current funding available against products currently on the market-place and to use the information gained to assist in defining the scope, including final budget, of the future tender.</p> Keywords: camera
