Youth Offending Justice Case Management System G-Cloud call off

Tender description

The London Borough of Merton (LBM) is looking to procure a case management system that supports strategic and operational service delivery for the Youth Offending Team (YOT) that ensures compliance with Youth Justice Board (YJB) and Her Majesty's inspectorate statutory requirements. The system must be securely hosted by the supplier, accessed by authorised staff and facilitate the recording of youth justice workflow process, enable local and statutory reporting and data transfer across YJB, YOT-YOT and other approved settings. \r \r The new system will help LBM to be fully compliant with the Standards for Children in the Youth Justice System (2019) and help practitioners to take tailored and focused approach to effective case recording through each stage of a child's journey through the justice system. \r \r The service provider and system must have due regard to the relevant data protection principles which allow the sharing of personal information, as provided for in the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation 2018 (GDPR).
