Tender description
Replacement of windows and doors and associated decoration and finishings, together with replacement fascias and rainwater goods to a mixture of pre 1919 and post 1980 properties within Port of Leith HA portfolio over a 5-year period. Port of Leith Housing Association will shortlist suitable contractors from the received SPD submissions. The shortlisted contractors will then have there Tender Quality Questionnaire and Pricing Document assessed on a quality and price basis. It is the intention that the highest combined quality / price scoring contractor will be awarded the contract.
